I, The undersigned - Morteza Mirmehdi, the Manager of Mirmehdi Carpet Manufacturing Co. of Mirmehdi, would like to thank you for visiting our website. here, I would like to inform you of some of my personal background and experience in the carpet field.

I learnt the art of carpet weaving from my mother in childhood. I got aquainted with the fibers and warps of carpets. This valuable experience encourged me to continue my involvement with carpet weaving and I began working with my brother. I have had the great advantage of being a student of brilliant professors such as Prof.Malek( P.B.O) and Prof.Afsari
since 1977, and presently, of carpet weaving professors such as Prof.Mahdi-ee, Prof.Khiabani and Prof.Rashti-Zadeh. The dyes used in making carpets at Mirmehdi Carpet Manufacturing Co. are all vegetal and are used in the production of a vast range of silk or wool-and-silk carpets.

Mirmehdi's carpets and rugs have been exhibited in different international exhibitions such as those in Tehran, Kish Island, the Persian Gulf and neighboring countries and even in some European countries. These been well-received by connoisseurs of the art of carpet weaving. We are waiting - and looking forward to - receiving your comments, advice or even criticism.
